  Kevin came to investigate why fridge wouldn't cool. Service call was $122. He was absolutely sure he knew how to fix it for another $388 so we said sure. Well he fixed the temperature problem but created two new problems: (1) frost develops inside fridge and (2) now the fridge makes a noise too. He contacted manufacturer and tried to fix it again. It didn't fix the problem and he said there's nothing else he can do. He refused to refund $388 for the unsuccessful repair. (We are not contesting the initial visit cost since that was for diagnostic.) However we considered it a failure when you fixed one problem but created 2 new problems instead. Beware if you want to work with Ted's appliance. Kevin was so cocky but failed to uphold his word when he couldn't fix the problems he caused.
