  Visited three times did not get the service I expected since ATT had created an issue. They are just focused on sales an don't seem to care much about service. On every occasion none of my issues could be resolved in the store. In 7 years as a customer that might have been my 3rd trip to a retail store. No wonder Retail is hurting and e-commerce is the way to go. ATT can save some money by closing this location.
