  Just came in to pay my friends bill for her, ended up staying for 15 minutes having a conversation with these guys. Such a professional, friendly store. I even got greeted within seconds.

  Came into sprint switching from Verizon and they were VERY helpful. Everyone was friendly and all of my questions were answered. Definitely will be returning to this store as my go-to.

  Great Store, Great Staff, Great Experience. A++ Customer service refused to help me, the Corporate store was rude and did not care about my situation, but the folks at the Shelton store were the only people willing to give me the time of day. They actually listened to my issues, understood what was going on, and told me they would call me back with a resolution on my problem. That same day, they called me back! Everything was fixed, and the problem was taken care of. Why can't every store be this way? Much respect to the management and staff at this location, they are incredible professional, but still friendly and willing to go the extra step for customers who aren't even buying from them! Will definitely shop here in the future.
